Terms
The short version: audit sites you are allowed to audit, and treat the results as advice rather than gospel.
What SiteScope is
SiteScope is a free tool that loads a public web page and reports on its design, performance, SEO and accessibility. It is provided as-is, with no guarantee of availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
Audit responsibly
Only submit URLs you own or are authorised to test. Do not use SiteScope to scan pages behind a login, to generate load against a site you do not control, or in any way that would breach that site's terms of service or applicable law.
Scores are guidance, not verdicts
Automated audits catch a meaningful subset of issues, not all of them. A perfect accessibility score is not a claim of WCAG conformance, and a high performance score is not a guarantee of real-world speed. Treat every finding as a starting point for human review.
Fair use
We may rate-limit or block traffic that degrades the service for others. We may change or discontinue the service at any time.
